Charter for a Local Discussion Group
This form is provided for those who want to set up a local discussion group, and who want to obtain a free
discussion group charter. There are no requirements. You solicit the people you want to participate, and there
is no duty on your part to report (because there is no national organization), no duty to collect dues, no duty other
than to sponsor exciting and in-depth debates, and if you have any shortage of ideas, the Restoration Papers are
provided free of charge to all local groups. The keynote is restoration, restoration of liveable neighborhoods,
of a government we feel is democratic and just, and of a society wherein everyone in it doesn't feel so worn out
by the daily toil of work, that they cannot find the time to think critically. Even though the Federal Government has
no faith in you, as evidenced by the sheer existence of the Electoral College, WE DO HAVE FAITH IN YOU.
