An Oath by the Regent
to the People of the
Kingdom of the United States of America

                  Flag of the American Nation

Whereas by the law and ancient usage of this Realm of the United States of America, the Kings and Queens thereof have taken a solemn oath at their respective coronations, to maintain the statutes, laws and customs of the said Realm: It is the intention of the Regent of the United States, acting on behalf and in the interest of the vacant Crown of America, to affirm by this sacred oath to the American people, that the Regent shall maintain the ancient statutes, laws and customs of the Realm, as if the Regent were lawfully enthroned as king.

"I, Marc Eric Ely-Chaitlin of the House of David, regent of the United States of America, lawful claimant to the vacant throne of the United States, made vacant by the Revolution of 1776, and continuing until the provisional restoration 11 April, 1993, solemnly promise and swear to respect and protect the traditional rights and liberties of the people of this Kingdom of the United States of America, and lands subject to it, according to the statutes of lawfully convened Parliaments, and the laws and customs of the American Nation.

"Furthermore, I will use all my power and authority to cause law and justice in mercy to be executed in all my judgments. I will to the utmost of my power maintain the rights of individuals to enjoy freedom of conscience and freedom of choice of religion by law, and shall preserve to the people as individuals, all such rights and privileges as by law shall appertain unto them.

"The things which I have here before promised in the presence of the American Nation, I will perform and keep: So help me God."

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I, Marc Eric Ely-Chaitlin of the House of David, execute this Oath as Regent
of the Kingdom of the United States of America,
this 25th day of May, of the year 2000 of the Common Era.
