INTRODUCTION TO THE THOUGHT ARCHIVE

From 19 March, 1994, until 27 January, 1999, The Thought was the legal newspaper of the Free Territory of Ely-Chatelaine. This site was formerly The Thought On-Line, but upon the termination of the relationship between the publisher of The Thought, the Philosophers' Guild, with the Free Territory, this site became an archive of those articles that were published during the tenure of The Thought as the Free Territory's legal newspaper. Final comments on the cause and nature of the termination of the relationship can now be read below, SEE "FINAL COMMENTS ON THE THOUGHT."
