Patriotic Americans know that it is wrong to break the law. Breaking laws leads to disorder and the complete breakdown of civil society. That is why Americans need to understand the genuine origins of the Federal Government. The media represents the Federal and state governments as benign institutions, like a faceless utility provided for the use of the public. What is missing is the real menace of the Federal Government, which was designed by the Founding Fathers to function as a POLICE STATE for the protection of their property.
The Federal republic was structurally designed to serve the interests of the plantation owners AGAINST the interests of those human beings we refer to as "slaves." Slavery is the great euphemism of our culture, which enabled untold cruelties to be perpetrated, and which are now dismissed as ancient history. Self-absorbed modern people who do not want to have to consider for a moment the misery created by the Federal republic as the lap-dog of the slavemasters, have marginalized the dissent caused by slavery with such failures of public policy as Affirmative Action. Most significantly, racism is the true product of the slave state, which used HATE AS A STATE POLICY since colonial times. The only genuine tactic of the republic is divide and rule, which it accomplishes through deliberate disinformation, such as mass media campaigns that insinuate that one ethnic group is receiving an unfair advantage due to the politicking of another ethnic group. Thus the unity the American people NEED to overcome the iron-fist of the republic is put off.
The American people did not support the American Revolution. They supported law and order, as do the masses of the 20th century. The poor and middle class of the 1770's were suspicious that the rich intended to take over the government for their own purposes, which is what they did. The average person believed in the law, and just like many average people wanted law enforcement to go into Montana and arrest the so-called Freemen for violating laws, so too many people in 1776 hoped that the Government would arrest the law-breaking Revolutionaries, and hang them to get it over with. IT WAS ONLY ONCE THE REVOLT LOOKED AS IF IT MIGHT SUCCEED THAT PEOPLE STARTED TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENCE, WITH RESERVATIONS, AND ONCE IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED, OF COURSE, EVERYONE SUPPORTED INDEPENDENCE, FEARING REPRISALS. That is the part we never hear about, the actual terrorist methods Washington et al used to coerce the average people into collaborating with a basically outlaw scheme. What the Founding Father's proceeded to do is what every school child in modern America is told cannot be done: THEY PROCEEDED TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT LAWS THEY WOULD OBEY!
Law is not something voted on in Congress. Law is based on custom and tradition, which every lawyer knows. Customs originate in the people and their level of understanding of their own needs, and for ten thousand years the law recognized only one kind of national executive, the monarchy. But monarchy is governed by extremely strict ancient laws and rituals, and the plantation aristocrats had no intention of being bound by law. THEY INTENDED TO RULE, SO THEY SET UP SOMETHING COMPLETELY NEW, THAT HAD NO PRECEDENTS CONTROLLING IT, THEY SET UP THE UNITED STATES PRESIDENCY. The actual model for modern fascist dictators derives from the office of the president of a republic, not ancient monarchy. (Ancient monarchs did not spend as much time as modern presidents issuing orders, the monarch spent most of his time as a magistrate judging lawsuits).
The American Nationalists support the restoration of a legal system of government in the United States. The Constitution of 1787, the constitution of the republic, does not give any Americans any civil rights. All civil rights come from the culture of the American people, based on ten thousand years of customs and case law. These customs and case law derive from the ancient unwritten Anglo-American constitution which was NEVER ENACTED, and therefore which remains in effect because it cannot be repealed by any process of law. THIS IS THE COMMON LAW OF AMERICA, AND IT IS THE CONSTITUTION OF A KINGDOM.
Only the restoration of the pre-1776 constitution stands a chance of releasing the American Nation from the DEATH-GRIP of the politicians of the republic, who are now engaged in a building spree constructing prisons, prisons designed to hold all the dissidents the politicians KNOW there will be when their policies have their effect.
